You will experience lots of muscle releases as you recover
Unless you have a perfect body, you have tons of muscles all over the body that have been in spasm for many years. And with my process you undo them.
As you recover using my method all kinds of muscles will release. Muscles all over the body from the hands to the arms to the back to the legs and feet.
And when they release you will get that sensation that it was probably in spasm for a very long time. As in many many years. So when they release it is quite painful.
At times the muscle release will take minutes to finish.
And all of this is of course a very good thing and an important part of the recovery process.
Today i’ll explain more about how and why this occurs.
I view the body a lot like a knotted set of earphones
By this I mean that unless you have an absolute perfect body like a super model or a professional athlete, your body is full of compensations. Like this knot.
Those compensations are all throughout the body and they have been there a long time.
If it were not for these compensations you would have a perfect body. I am sure of it. Because i’ve seen how this works several times.
It is not that you do not have the perfect body because or your genetics. Not because you eat too much or exercise too little. No. It is because you have lots of compensations.
These compensations manifest themselves as spasmed muscles all over the body. Muscles that are often even involuntary ones (ie. you have no voluntary control).
For example deep in my stomach i’ve felt muscles painfully release at times, which I had no voluntary control over and never even really knew existed.
It is these compensations that hold your body in its misshapen state.
If you undo the knots you have a perfect body
Once you undo all of these compensations you will have a perfect body. So the question becomes.. “How do you undo these compensations?”
And that is where exercise does nothing for you. In fact once you see how this works, you will understand why i say that exercising will only make you worse.
I mean try to visualize for a second…. there are spasmed muscles all over your body holding you in a twisted position. And then you run and do all kinds of exercise. Will it help you?
No.
A good metaphor is taking an inanimate object like say the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Will applying lots of force from various directions help the building straighten itself?
No. It is far more likely to further collapse it.
The same is true of the body. Apply physics to a twisted object and it further twists.
Rather the only way to undo these compensations is by the biomechanics I talk about. For example you can do one of the methods I talk about here:
How the ‘unwinding’ works
So the unwinding of all these compensations takes a long time. Like years.
You’ll feel muscles release a bit almost everyday.
Sometimes it will be painful, sometimes it won’t be.
Sometimes you’ll notice that you feel a bit different or walk a bit different. A lot of times you won’t.
And essentially the body also ‘inflates’ as you are unwinding.
For example I had to cutoff my wedding ring because it no longer fit on my finger. In 2020 it easily slid off my finger. In 2024 no amount of oil and pulling could get it off. I had a mark for the next four months.
And you might be laughing to yourself… “haha Ken.. you just put on weight you dumb idiot.”
But then i’d challenge you to try to find even an inch of fat to pinch anywhere on my body. And you wouldn’t be able to.
Everything just gets tighter and stronger.
Your shape evolves more and more and your proportions evolve till one day you end up lookin’ like your version of a young Dwane Johnson. lol
The idea of ‘massage’ will one day be laughed at for its stupidity
This is the last point i’d like to make here. I have not been to a massage in over four years and I probably never intend to ever do one again.
Why?
Because I don’t need them and I consider them absolutely useless.
I literally never feel tight anymore. My wife goes to massages and asks me if I want to go, and the thought doesn’t even seem attractive.
It just seems like a waste of time so I say no.
Why useless? Well because you’re just temporarily trying to release muscles that are going to go right back to where they were.
I did that hamster wheel all throughout my twenties and thirties. Did tons of massages and therapies for tight muscles that tightened up within a couple days again.
Because you need to fix the structure to permanently fix these muscular issues. And there is only one way to do that.
That’s right… by my biomechanics.

You say that massages are a waste of time, and you presumably don't need them anyway (because your process/program unwinds all the knots on its on over time?) But you also say your wife likes massages and frequently asks you to join her. So, is this to imply that your wife doesn't follow your process/program? And if not, why not?
