I'm beginning to make more sense of all of this! I took a walk with my dogs last night, and afterwards realized that I should've done it with my Reviv in...it logically just makes sense to me that keeping the space and stretch in the soft tissue of my jaw will facilitate movement in the rest of my structure!

Thanks Ken brilliant post 👍

My Reviv journey has slowed down considerably but tbh I wasn’t expecting it to be carrying on at the same rate. I made significant progress in just 2 or 3 weeks so I wasn’t unduly disappointed when things slowed down.

I have been doing face stretching exercises as well as wearing the Reviv every night. I had a few twinges in different parts of my body like things were getting straightened out particularly my back and right hip. I have been trying to ease these out with a bit of walking and it seems to have done the job.

I was just wondering what else I could do to improve? So now I have it 🤣👍

Thanks Ken for sharing I can’t wait to give it a go and I will keep you posted 🙏

awesome! yes methodically work every tight part in the body. The goal is full flexibility.

You should start to learn how the body works more and more as you do this.

Brilliant thanks Ken I will start doing this 👍🙏

It sounds like KinStretch would be amazing to use at the same time?

i never heard of it before but just googled.. and yes i think something like that would work well

Whey you say "Change is visible by the shape of the eyes" do you mean the same thing that looksmaxxers do when they say "hunter eyes"?

EGK's avatar

i believe it's more or less the same thing.. but i don't get into as deep an analysis.

i just look at people's faces as if they are a balloon for years.. and can kind of see where they are dented and deflated without trying.

And eyes are one thing that always stand out to me if they've changed.

oh wow yes... i dont think ive ever seen the full video.. but i remember seeing pieces of what he said and particularly the harvard study back in 2017 when i was blogging on this topic.

I never did find the harvard study though...

Cool! Thanks for all your hard work putting the pieces together 🧩

I agree—great post!! Heading off this minute to experiment with some neck stretching with your advice. Thank you!

Can you explain how the mandible might widen with this technique ? Somehow I can imagine it more with the maxilla.

EGK's avatar

i view that the soft tissue that covers the entire skull and jaw inflates almost like a balloon and does so the point that it stretches and rips the skin as i talk about here https://reviv.substack.com/p/i-rip-through-the-soft-tissue-of

As the jaw sits in this balloon as well i view that both improve in relative harmony

Terina's avatar

Ken, what do you mean stretch the jaw? How?

RebeccaStar's avatar

Tell me what stretch to do for sciatica!

EGK's avatar

i never had sciatica.. so not sure. I would look at youtube videos

RebeccaStar's avatar

You originally said this mouthguard would be a correction for sciatica????

EGK's avatar

Rebecca - i said it should help because i'm pretty sure any spinal issue can be improved and potentially fixed with this process. Once you see and understand how it works.

But you need to put in the work.

Love your work but thought I'd just follow up on this post re your understanding of Oscar Patel's work. I see this article was published Jan of 2025. Since then, 14 months later, if you have a look at the before and after picks of his community members and see the knowledge provided in his community, I would argue that he isn't the scam you make him out to be. He has also had a lot more clients in these past 14 months so do check him out again. Would be curious to hear your thoughts. I don't think you guys are on different paths, he also looks at the body and face as one system. I think your methods could be super complimentary.

oh... to be honest i consider Oscar one of my smartest competitors in this game.

He learns and iterates... which is what i do.

He purchased his first mouthguards from us in mid-2025 and i'm pretty sure he's been using mouthguards pretty consistently since at least that time.

And i have zero doubts that he and some of his followers are getting solid results. But i also have a very strong feeling they are all using mouthguards at this point.

Mouthguard + stretching (eg. thumbpulling, yoga, etc) is how you get results in biomechanics.

Him and his crew are doing all the right things at this point and i do not consider him a 'scam' at all.

This article perhaps paints a different opinion than the one i have now of Oscar.. and i could 'fix' it... but i do think it was relatively accurate at that point in time when i wrote it.

And so i havent changed it.

When you say you stretch the jaw, what do you do exactly? Do you bite harder on the mouthguard, or do you move the jaw to either side, or forward... ?

EGK's avatar

i do some stretches i call my 'fast method' which i put in our skool community. Core idea is to find something tight in face/jaw/body and hold it in a stretch.
