I'm beginning to make more sense of all of this! I took a walk with my dogs last night, and afterwards realized that I should've done it with my Reviv in...it logically just makes sense to me that keeping the space and stretch in the soft tissue of my jaw will facilitate movement in the rest of my structure!

Thanks Ken brilliant post 👍

My Reviv journey has slowed down considerably but tbh I wasn’t expecting it to be carrying on at the same rate. I made significant progress in just 2 or 3 weeks so I wasn’t unduly disappointed when things slowed down.

I have been doing face stretching exercises as well as wearing the Reviv every night. I had a few twinges in different parts of my body like things were getting straightened out particularly my back and right hip. I have been trying to ease these out with a bit of walking and it seems to have done the job.

I was just wondering what else I could do to improve? So now I have it 🤣👍

Thanks Ken for sharing I can’t wait to give it a go and I will keep you posted 🙏
