Hi Ken, I agree with you on topic insights, for tmj symptoms is the cases. As your work in strategy reviv was well designed product. I'm quite interested about your journey. How did you start in the industry? In China, I went to dentists and found there are standard industry process to treat however never discuss about root causes or open discussion treatment successful cases rate nor progress monitored. They took CT,OPG film, mouth guards, operation plan with no detailed discussion. My personal research has found hospitals are more commercial process orientated than to cure patient. Hope with Reviv improvement cases can help to cure more.
I remember going to a GP about the eczema on my hands. I asked what I could do about the issue and she told me that it was completely irreversible—only manageable—and that I would have eczema for the rest of my life, and that my chances of getting severe autoimmune issues down the track has risen substantially. Essentially, she wanted me to continuously renew a prescription for a steroid cream that I would have to use indefinitely.
Not long after all of this (in 2021) I started the carnivore diet and completely reversed the issue within 2 weeks, I haven't had any signs of eczema since. Fast forward to now and I am on Day 119 of the Reviv process and I essentially have model-like hands now with zero effort—also I have no signs of autoimmunity whatsoever. So much for being a "lifelong condition." Day by day I appear to be only getting better and better.
I so agree with you … I cured my cancer without chemo etc. the body wants to heal itself, and will, with clean diet, movement, meditation, and sunshine. Ty for an excellent article!
I started using Reviv eight months ago; I am convinced it healed an existing injury in my hip! I also sustained a new injury similar to the original one in my other hip, and within two weeks I was back to normal 😱 my first injury took me years to heal (until Reviv, basically!). Magic stuff.
Hi, Ken. Between wearing the mouthguard, do I have to make a retaining cast from Polymorph and wear it? Or can I just wear the mouthguard at night and as much as I can during the day, and not use any other form of bite support the rest of the time?
I am from Russia and I am translating my text using a neural network, so I hope it has been translated correctly.
Thank you for your reply. I ordered the Reviv appliance and started wearing it two weeks ago. I have a deep bite within the normal range, which developed because my upper central and lateral incisors are excessively extruded (over-erupted downward) for some reason. They are also slightly rotated inward, which causes them to block the lower jaw.
At first, I made polymorph bite pads for the front teeth and used them between wearing the appliance in order to achieve intrusion of the incisors. However, I then realized that this could lead to excessive eruption of the molars, since the polymorph was only in contact with the front teeth. So overall, the situation with the bite pads remained unclear.
A week ago, my beloved cat—my little daughter—passed away because of me. I am tormented by a sense of guilt and loss; my body has literally twisted from grief, and my upper jaw has dropped downward. Now that the episodes of crying have become a bit less frequent, I can finally wear it again. And right now, the only thing I have the capacity for is simply wearing the appliance. Thank you for this invention.
this is all going to change rapidly in the information age.
in the previous age of capitalism, information followed capital. capital wants to make money, so it 'researches' treatments that are profitable. the medical industry is basically built on "Hide a Dagger Behind a Smile" (笑里藏刀)", they claim to treat human injury but never discuss how much injury results from their treatments. medicine follows the money, instead of money following medicine
traditional chinese medicine (not that i'm a proponent, i haven't done much research) works on the principle of understanding the cause of the disease and treating it. some of the treatments can be quite 'practical-mystical' - stop cheating on your partner (severe emotional drain), stop working so late in the night, control your temper...but there is the basic premise of 'lets find out the cause of the symptom (disease))'.
with western medicine, they separate symptom from cause and only care about treating the symptom. obviously, the problems either recur, or manifest elsewhere in a more severe form because the cause is untreated. all the 'big gains' of western medicine were produced in the early infancy of medical science before it became professionalised and capital started dictating information.
very soon, people will be discussing and researching and sharing effective medical ideas and treatments that are cheap, free, accessible. then, capital will follow information -> money, attention, influence will flow towards what works
I agree with you for the most part. Insurance is a complete scam, doctors are basically drug pushers, and surgeries are biomechanical injuries. But your experience is not my experience. I've been wearing my mouthguard consistently since late June 2025 and my health has gone seriously downhill since then even as it has straightened my teeth quite a bit. I'm not resorting to conventional doctors, but my mouthguard is not able to solve my problems; even my gums and teeth are deteriorating to the point where my dentist is seriously concerned and I am doing treatments for my gums so I don't have more bone loss. I don't believe it is caused by the mouthguard, but the mouthguard cannot fix these issues in any way.
Have you tried adding in mastic gum? Hear a lot of feedback of that helping to remineralize teeth and help gums. Also check your toothpaste. A lot of the anti fluroide stuff isn’t great - there’s a Japanase brand Apgard check then out. If you’re really desperate and have the $ bc it’s expensive buy their Royal line. I hope you’re able to figure out your teeth problems
All you need to do is follow the money and who is running the show...and history of how hospitals/western medecine came into power (created laws against all the natural medicine people)- of course its not about health, its about plugging symptoms up and creating another symptom which then it turn needs another petroleum based drug (called side effects but really should be called effects! so whay do you think about the supplement world Ken? just curious. I mean how does Reviv repair a nutritional deficiency? or do you think theres no such thing as a deficiency ...what about leaky gut caused by glysophate/ lack of good bacteria ...etc
Ken is spot on here, and it’s the exact same pattern I see in my own practice.
The reason you can stop taking supplements and have "nothing happen" is because, for most people, supplements aren't actually a cure—they act as a security blanket.
I call this the Vitality Leak.
People get trapped on the Medical Merry-Go-Round because they are told their body is broken and must be "managed." So they buy the CBD, the turmeric, the magnesium, and slowly build a supplement graveyard of half-empty bottles in their medicine cabinet. I did this for years.
Each bottle represents hope. But when it only provides temporary relief, it reinforces the lie that it's impossible to live without pain or dysfunction.
The truth is, supplements can support a system, but they cannot change the pattern driving the issue. Trying to change how you feel by constantly manipulating the world outside of you is just the physical labor required to prove a story is true.
Once you address the root cause—whether that's structural biomechanics like Ken teaches, or dissolving the underlying energetic pain story like I do—the body heals itself naturally.
The need to constantly "manage" your health with 15 different pills a day vanishes. You just get your vitality back.
So great to hear all diff perspectives. definitely feel a difference using specific things I must say and I look forward to not using anything one day. maybe in a less toxic world ??!!!! For now I find the things I take are definitely adding into the mix in a positive way.

i started out of survival.
I talk about it in detail here https://reviv.substack.com/p/i-am-going-to-challenge-what-you
Basically a vietnamese TMJ dentist flattened most of my back teeth while 'fixing my dental contacts' and i started to not function.
I was 37 yrs old and all i knew was that everything went downhill when he did that so the teeth must be involved.
And then i iterated on myself for yrs till i figured it out. Plus i had a very smart partner back then named marcello
Thank you for sharing your story, I hope we recover soon.

yes for a lot of folks just wearing mouthguard at night and 2-3 hrs during the day is sufficient and the bite will unlock with that.
For other folks (eg. with deep bite) they might need to go very hard on daytime wear till the bite unlocks. Then they can ease up.

you're wearing a Reviv? Has your bite unlocked yet?
Yes, wearing R3 now, and yes, a long time ago.

i honestly havent gone that deep in terms of experimenting on nutrition so i dont like saying anything outright.
I can only talk about my experience... which is that i took tons of supplements for about 15 yrs thru my 20s and 30's.
I was all into all the ones that Tim Ferriss used to recommend in 4-Hour Body, etc.
Then about 2-3 yrs into these biomechanics (back in like 2017) i just stopped. I dont even remember when i stopped.
Its like i just wanted to see if something would happen if i stopped.
And nothing happened.
Now i feel great daily taking no supplements at all for many yrs.
And im skeptical that they play an important role when the body is healthy.
That said... i only have my own experience to draw on.
Ken is spot on here, and it’s the exact same pattern I see in my own practice.
