Elon needs these biomechanics
Elon's skull and body have deteriorated quite a bit the past 5-10 years. He needs these biomechanics.

Most of you guys don’t know me outside of this health stuff.
And for the most part I like to keep it that way and keep things separate.
But this health stuff is for me still like a small hobby business. And I run my own business doing other things in tech.
I’ve started a number of startups over the years and have helped scale a number of tech companies. I like to think I am a bit of an amphibious vehicle who works with engineers on software but then easily crosses over to being a business guy.
Which is part of why I have a lot of respect for Elon. He is an superb business strategist but can zoom in on the technical details and is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
He is particularly known for his ‘first principles’ thinking.
Meaning when faced with a problem he doesn’t just tackle it the way everyone else does. But rather tries to find the most efficient solution. Even if it’s not one that anyone has ever tried before.
And it is this approach that helped me figure this stuff out. I needed to ‘unlearn’ so much of what had been brainwashed into my head about health. And look at what is happening in the world with fresh eyes. Almost like a baby would.
So today’s article is an ode to one of my ‘virtual’ mentors along the way… Elon. Because I think he needs my help :)
Elon Musk has been like a machine
This guy’s accomplishments are pretty insane - Tesla revolutionized electric cars, SpaceX is landing rockets like it's nothing, Starlink is bringing internet everywhere, and now he's revolutionizing AI with xAI.
Plus he bought Twitter (now X) and turned it into a ‘free’ speech platform. Yes, many of you will probably argue with that part. lol
‘Free’ speech is defined by Elon as artificially boosting his own tweets and machine gunning them out to the US public at a rate of like 40 per day. Hahaha
All while working 100+ hour weeks across multiple companies that are each changing the world in massive ways.
And now with his position co-leading the DOGE, he will perhaps be tackling his biggest challenge yet. Rightsizing the unwieldy and obese US government.
I think he will end up being a major asset for America this coming decade
I'm not very political and don’t want to get political. So please do not interpret this in this way.
But looking at this purely from a strategic perspective - America needs Elon.
His companies are crucial for keeping us ahead in the global AI race. And AI will be pivotal to the arms race against countries like Russia and China.
After all we already have AI-powered war drones replacing soldiers on the battlefield.
Also, the DOGE could be a game-changer for America's future. Helping ensure we don’t go bankrupt :(
We can’t afford to lose Elon. At least that is my view.
The problem is that he is structurally deteriorating
If you look at Elon's photos from 5-10 years ago versus now, the changes are dramatic.
He had a really good skull and body when he was young. I’d say he was top 5% on average.
And that was probably the reason why he had so much drive and was able to work all of those long hours.
But now his skull and skeleton have deteriorated significantly. I’m less concerned about the extra weight than I am about the actual shape of the skeleton, which is clearly getting more distorted.
His profile went from being a very solid horizontal one to a collapsing diagonal one as you can see below.
This is most likely from orthodontics as this dentist here explains.
And now his curve of spee is flattening and his structure is collapsing.
This will slow him down
I've seen this pattern play out many times - when your structure deteriorates, your cognitive and neurological function follows.
You get tired faster, handle stress worse, get frustrated more easily.
For someone like Elon who's juggling multiple world-changing companies, this is a huge problem. We're already seeing signs - more controversial tweets, more public conflicts.
I don’t think this is just Elon being Elon - I think it's his neurological function being impacted by structural collapse.
It’s a grey line distinguishing these two things.. but as a person who hopped back and forth over that line many times, I have a more attuned sense for this than most folks out there.
Elon forgot to apply first principles to himself
To fix his own body I find it funny that Elon just relies on the same playbook as everyone else.
He didn’t apply first principles and question the root cause of what was happening.
No…. he went out and bought some Ozempic. LOL
I joke with friends that I'm going to "out-first principle the king of first principles."
Here's this guy who questions everything, yet he's never questioned whether our entire understanding of health and aging might be wrong.
He's working on Neuralink to solve brain disorders, but what if we could fix these issues at their root cause through biomechanics? Then there is no need to install a chip into our brain.
I am pretty sure that in the next 20-30 years as these biomechanics become better understood.. that is exactly what will happen.
I know how to fix Elon
So how would I fix Elon?
Simple.. the same solution I am proposing to all of you. I’d tell him to wear a Reviv One to sleep and for a few hours during the day.
He’d probably start getting some headaches as he skull started to slowly ‘inflate’. And his immune system would improve as his spine and skull started to slowly remodel.
Than at some point his progress would slow down with the appliance and he’d feel like he plateaud.
Than i’d pop him the question… “Elon.. do you want to be the second human being in the world to use the fast method of correcting this shit?”
And he’d retort… “But who’s the first?”
By that point i will have finished my process and have a pretty much perfect body and facial symmetry and smile back… “Do you really need to ask?” Hahahaha
Then I’d follow him around for a few weeks training him in how my ‘fast method’ works (while driving a Cybertruck that he lends me of course). And you’d see him doing his jaw stretches in the middle of Tesla and SpaceX board meetings.
I can just imagine his tweets: "Day 37 of Ken’s fast method - my scalp is breaking and raining down like snow... and I think my maxilla just moved! 🚀" LOL
Closing thoughts
Elon Musk is probably America's most valuable asset right now. His companies aren't just businesses - they're crucial for maintaining American technological dominance.
But he's fighting a losing battle against biomechanical collapse. All his wealth and innovation can't stop what's happening to his structure - and therefore his function - unless he grasps these biomechanics.
The irony is that this would probably fascinate him if he understood it. This is exactly the kind of first principles thinking he loves - stripping away all the BS about aging and health and getting down to the fundamental physics of how the human body actually works.
So Elon, if you're reading this (and I know you sometimes read random stuff on the internet), let's talk. You've figured out how to land rockets on boats and tunnel under cities.
Now let me show you how to reverse your own aging process and be a part of something that I am quite confident will one day change the world more than all of your current companies combined.
And yeah… let’s make America healthy again :)
Update on December 4
After a couple of folks indicated to me that they did indeed think Musk had something artificial done to his teeth, i researched it.
And he 100% did. Probably aligners.

The 1800s book I mentioned recently that I learned of from reading “Breath” by James Nestor is called: “The Breath of Life, or Mal-respiration and its effects on the Enjoyments & Life of Man by George Catlin - based on interviews of American Indian tribes in 1800s. Their teeth were straight, beautiful and they taught babies to sleep with mouth closed and thru nasal passages. I know Mr Catlin did not use term “bio-mechanics” but I know his book relates to soft mouth tissue that gets distorted by sleeping with mouth open. Fascinating read.
…healthy again ;)
