Absolutely! I used to drink a lot of coffee. Now I have one cup in the morning, and I’ve been forgetting to finish it. Improved posture seems to be connected to less stimulants needed or wanted. Great post!

First off, I am a coffee LOVER/ addict

My sincere question is.

@kenlever How do you know the long term effects of having silicone in your mouth 8+ hrs a day?

This is personal but here it is-

I recently explanted and did mounds of research on silicone and its impact on the body is monumental. Although women everywhere are still being gaslight by the fact that breast implants are safe my personal experience and countless others says otherwise.

Obviously I know Reviv is not surgically implanted but the material is resting on mucus membranes for countless hours.

Before anyone comments that Reviv isnt for everybody I just want to say that my bio mechanical need for something like a Reviv is real which is why I am taking the time to sincerely ask this question.

I don’t want any food grade silicone FDA approved answers please & thank you 🙏🏻

First i think its important to point out that we are not some new innovator in that.

Myobrace is making silicone mouthguards since the early 90's and many thousands of people have used them.

Toothpillow is making silicone mouthguards and being sold by hundreds of dentists.

There are tons of anti-bruxism mouthguards on Amazon or even in your local pharmacy that are made of silicone and used for years.

But beyond that i would point to two things i think of from my own experience and it is just the way that i think about it.

1- I got my first Myobrace A1 back in 2016 and have worn mouthguards pretty much every year since for the past decade. I feel a lot healthier now than i did in 2016 and havent felt any side effect on my own body.

2- The logic ive seen play out again and again during my observations the past 10 yrs is that the people that are sensitive to certain foods, have certain allergies, etc are the same ones that are biomechanically damaged.

And i've heard lots of cases where those issues go away when u fix the biomechanics.

That has also been my experience.

So the general conclusion ive made for my own body is... if u fix the biomechanics the body just seems brilliant at neutralizing other threats/issues.

But everyone needs to make their own choice here.

Crossing the street carries risk too. Do i still cross the street? Yes. Because i view the risk to be very small and if i refuse to cross the street my quality of life goes to crap.

I've only ever drunk a cup a day. It's not too little, not too much. I know someone, though--an iron marathon guy--who drinks a pot of coffee per day!
