Your hair thickens with this process
I got rid of a bald spot I had several years ago and my hair is as thick now as it was in my 20's
One thing I’ve noticed consistently in my ups and downs over the last years is the impact on the hair.
This pic above is a pic from about a month back. My hair is as thick now as it was in my twenties. This despite the fact that I had a pretty big bald spot here just three years prior.
Today i’m going to explain the connection to hair.
My history with hair
So I remember being in Japan at age 24 and looking into the mirror and thinking “shit… i’m about to go bald like my dad.”
At the time I was working a lot as a consultant and was just seeing quite a bit of hair come down as I combed. Or it was stuffing the drain of my shower.
So I started taking some propecia that I ordered online to try to prevent further damage. And it kinda did the trick for some years.
But still it wasn’t that thick like when I was in college. And I figured i’d have to live with it. I just wanted to delay the process by a decade or two.
Then in 2015 my hair thickened a lot as my health was improving
In 2015 I was first learning these biomechanics and was making big strides forward. I noticed that my scalp and hair would sometimes shed, but that my hair was in general getting thicker and thicker.
And so it was the first time that I noticed a connection between these biomechanics and thickness of my hair.
But I would then see this connection iteratively the next bunch of years. Each time I got worse, my hair thinned. Each time I got better, my hair thickened.
In 2020 I had a pretty clear bald spot again
In late 2020 I had been going with an open posterior bite and not wearing any nighttime appliance for almost a year.
I’m not sure why I was so stupid to do this after all the experiences I had earlier. But sufficed to say I just wasn’t paying attention.
I was working a lot of hours at a stressful job and didn’t want to go through the headaches that are tied to the recovery process.
And my hair got a lot worse.
I remember going to the barber shop and thinking at one point as I looked into the mirror he put behind my head… “shit! how did that happen?” I had a pretty big spot that was very thin in the back of my hair.
Now my hair is as thick now as it was in my mid-twenties
That bald spot is now entirely gone as you can see for yourself in the picture at the top of this page. And my hair is very thick and still getting thicker.
What did I do to make this happen?
I didn’t take any medicine for it, neither topical or ingested.
I didn’t try to change my lifestyle.
All I did were these biomechanics. And everything fixed on its own.
As it had in the past.
What does this mean more widely?
I do not think male baldness is at all genetic. I have a feeling it is directly related to these biomechanics.
And I have a feeling everyone’s hair gets thicker as they improve with these biomechanics.
Do I know exactly what is going on in the body to make this happen?
No… you will need to ask Andrew Huberman that. LOL
And then after you hear him give his lengthy scientific explanation, you do what I do.
And think to yourself… “why the fuck do I need to know any of that shit? If all i need to do is do these biomechanics and the shit all fixes.”
Sorry Andrew… I’m gonna be making fun of you a lot in these coming years.

It would help if you said what these biomechanics are. Or are you being deliberately vague? You've made a claim and backed it up with nothing.
