The last thing I want is a fatter face, because the more fat you have on your face, the more it sags with age, BUT I can be patient as long as I know it will be temporary. At some point, it will go back to looking normal and younger, right? Just trying to manage my expectations.
I am a bit confused now about the exercise recommendations : so I can and should probably wear the appliance as much as I can, walking is beneficial and gym not needed - but: it could help too? The loaded stretching portion is pretty nice from my experience , should this not also assist further?

i dont think it necessarily give you a 'fatter' face. It might give you a more 'inflated' face.. but i do think its a bit different.
As it is the opposite of sagging in my experience.. everything is lifting up and looking younger with this process.
