I wrote my first two ebooks!
But I need to warn you.. they are not going to win any Pulitzers! Hahaha
Awhile back I was reading some Youtube videos by guys that publish a lot on KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) with the help of AI.
And it seemed like a great business.
Especially given how good AI tools like Claude are getting at writing.
So I thought to myself… “Wow! This is a no brainer! I have all this content from my Substack that I can use to train the AI model and have it spit out ebooks like they’re going out of style!”
After all it’s a deep topic that has lots of different angles to it.
Plus it might make a good way to discover other types of folks that won’t find my Substack or aren’t likely to click on ads.
So I made up my mind… Reviv was going to publish some ebooks!!!!
Some context to how we created these ebooks
So I got to work with Claude and we ingested 100+ of my blog articles into a ‘project’.
Then I wrote something like… “Write me a bestseller about solving my TMJ using the content I have put into the knowledge base.”
As it did it’s thinking… I could already see thousands of ebooks being sold in my mind.
Cha-Ching baby!
But then Claude spit out its result and while I don’t remember exactly what it was.. I remember thinking to myself.. “What? this is shit!”
So instead I first asked it to write an outline of all the chapters and then I modified the chapters before I wrote prompts to write each chapter individually.
After that I needed to clean up what it wrote manually and add some more color. This took a fair bit of time, but was still far easier than writing from scratch.
Finally i had someone add images and format it. I had a designer throw together a book cover. And voila!
Our ebook was ready!
Why do I tell you all of this context?
Well, I don’t want you to think this is going to be Pulitzer Prize winning material.
I didn’t have the time to invest in writing a whole book from scratch with all of the other things that are going on in the Reviv business, and so I used AI.
If you’ve read all of the blog posts than most of what you will read can be found in the blog posts.
So is there any sense in you reading them then?
Well, this depends…
If you want the ideas of a certain topic like TMJ condensed into a single place rather than having to pull pieces from different Substack posts than i think it does provide value.
Or perhaps if you want to tell a friend or family member about this stuff and don’t want to just say “Yeah… check out the 150+ blog posts on his substack” then this type of ebook comes in handy.
Now let’s talk a bit about the books themselves.
1st Book: “I solved my TMJ and I think I can solve yours too”
This book is for the TMJ crew out there.
The folks that spent years trying to solve their TMJ… hopping from dentist to dentist.
Many of them will arrive at Reviv and be extremely skeptical.
They will think “I’ve been to to all of these expensive dentists and they all failed me… how can this mouthguard thing possibly work?”
And so the ebook was written with this persona in mind. And meant to encapsulate how it works, how I arrived at my conclusions based on logic, and why I think it will help literally every single person that has TMJ issues.
If you know someone with chronic TMJ, I think it’s worth them checking it out.
2nd Book: “I think everyone can be a model by using simple biomechanics”
This book is not for the hardcore looksmaxxer because I am not really from that world.
So if you’re looking for lots of images of people’s profiles and before & after photos you’ll be disappointed.
Rather it is more for folks that are more like me. We wanna be healthy and function well, but it would also be great to improve how we look.
And so this ebook lays out why I think these biomechanics are the key to beauty. And that you don’t really need anything else if you’re disciplined about the process.
We were all born with a blueprint to be beautiful and these biomechanics are the tool to get back to our design.
If you’re interested in a book that goes into depth on my thoughts on how these biomechanics tie to aesthetics, then I think it’s worth checking out.
Our campaign to entice you to purchase them!
I’m new to this ebook game and so I wasn’t surprised that they didn’t start just flying off the shelves when we launched these books about a week back.
To do better on Amazon’s algorithm we need reviews. And we’re willing to provide some incentive to get them.
Therefore our campaign works like this:
step 1: Purchase either eBook at the $4.99 price on Amazon. Or you can buy the paperback for $9.99.
step 2: Write a review after you purchase (and ideally read it). Note that it can be an honest review and it doesn’t have to be a good review.
step 3: Send an email to kenny516@gmail.com with a copy of the review and I will refund any Reviv purchase you’ve made on our site (www.getreviv.com) by the amount you have spent on the ebook(s).
For example if you bought two ebooks, i’ll refund you by $10.
If you bought a paperback and an ebook, i’ll refund you by $15.
etc.
So essentially the ebook becomes free for you if you intend to purchase or have purchased a Reviv.
Closing thoughts
A lot of folks in the past have asked me which substack articles they should read to get the gist of what I am saying with Reviv.
The problem is that I didn’t really structure how I wrote the posts in that way.
Rather they just came with whatever inspiration I had at the time.
Different pieces of the puzzle are sprinkled in various posts.
Certain pieces of information overlap in various articles.
And so with these ebooks I am attempting to condense the thinking of a certain topic into an easy-to-read format that you can refer back to easily.
Let me know what you think.
All feedback is welcome.

Ken, you're a mind-reader!! I'm recommending Reviv to everyone I know, and always have to do a search through your various Substack articles to decide which one fits best with their particular needs. How do I order these? I'm personally a paperback reader, but would like to have the ebook also.
Ken, will these 2 ebooks be available on amazon uk?
