Despite his decline, he’d still get beaten by Khabib. Just look at Khabib’s skull — it’s insane: wide, defined, and powerful as a whole. Not to mention his wrestling power rsrs (and then there's the whole issue that literally became personal for him because of the insults)

I also wanted to share a personal experience related to breaking free from the deceptive path of this society.

Your articles always made me happier, because they validated what I’ve always sought: human perfection without needing absolutely anything external. Well, not literally nothing — but you know what I mean.

This made me reject many things that would’ve harmed my health. I’ve always followed that inner flame.

For example, this year I was desperate to find a dentist who could fix my teeth quickly. I went to one, but it was the same old story: extract wisdom teeth, braces, and a long, drawn-out treatment.

I’ve always wanted something magical or fast in my life. Some might see that as impatience, but in reality, I’m just seeking answers that align with my philosophy: the human body is perfect.

That’s why I’m more untamed when it comes to these conventional solutions that only damage the body and create dependence — which is exactly how the entire current healthcare system operates.

Knowing this, and feeling desperate about my teeth because I’m very ashamed of them, I went to that dentist but completely refused the treatment. They insisted, but I said I would look for another alternative. I was about to go for MARPE right after, but the lack of money made me pause and really think. And then, at that exact moment, my friend told me the appliance he had mentioned to me back in 2024 (and promised to notify me when it launched) was finally active — Reviv.

And from there, the story unfolds. Now I’m just here reading about Reviv and building my acceleration routine.

TIME TO EXPRESS THIS BIOMECHANICAL INSANITY. LOL

Of course, that’s not all I focus on. I believe that healthy, natural eating is more about expressing who your body truly is, not creating dependence for the sake of health. And beyond that, spirituality, the mind, the unconscious, and purpose are also essential and cannot be ignored.

Although biomechanics is extremely important, I don’t see it as the sole answer to everything. The power of biomechanics simply reveals how insane our divine nature truly is. It’s the expression of that nature.

Anyway, this turned into a sincere and honest outburst I just ended up expanding it 🤣

reallly well written!!!

And i am sure you will achieve the things you seek to achieve now... as you sound very motivated and disciplined.

Note that I am not purposefully trying to cast out diet or exercise, etc. I seek the truth and want that to guide me.

If at some point i feel like exercise or diet is somehow helping me accelerate or something, i will happily take them onboard.

For now i havent really felt that

Thanks, let’s do this🤝. I wanted to know: is your sleep actually good even without diet and exercise? Mine is terrible. I believe it’s the environment — blue light, phone, etc. What’s your view on this for improving sleep? Is biomechanics the biggest factor, and the rest not so much?

Primorden's avatar

I didn’t find an article specifically addressing this.

EGK's avatar

yes i sleep like a rock everyday

its true i havent written about it.. i'll make an article sometime

This article will be very important for people. I’m looking forward to it. In the meantime, I’ll keep doing what I do best.

Look at early McGregor. A demonstration of perfect efficiency and speed. His brain is working so quickly and sharply that he slips a hook by an inch, and throws a perfectly aimed and angled counter hook into his opponents knock out point (chin) in the blink of an eye

yes exactly.....

If I have had 2 molars extracted, am I better off leaving them alone or placing an implant or crown. My dentist is trying to convince me to replace them with dental implants.

EGK's avatar

i would look at it as follows..

if u raise the height of one of your current teeth with composite and make it flat, than that would act as scaffolding that alleviates the need to get dental implants.

If you do not do that, then with time the rest of the teeth move around due to the extracted molars. And the whole curve of spee flattens.

Which in my view means your skull will cave in faster on your brain and your skeleton twists. Or in other words u have accelerated your aging process.

Hey Ken I have a few questions, I have been reading on reviv for a bit now and read your articles. I have to say it sounds revolutionary in how it can not only change the occlusion and symmetry and overall skull health but body health as well.

1. If it expands the upper arches do the lower arches in the mandible keep up and the lower jaw itself change?

2.Does sleeping posture while wearing the reviv do anything? (Sleeping on back vs sleeping on your stomach)

3.If it does not lengthen the midface does it shorten it? Im aware of when you said it widens it but that also begs the question of wouldn't it mess with the ratios of the face if it only widens without shortening?

4. How can it help with "melted face" as the mews say or clockwise rotation of the maxilla. (A low facial convexity from the side profile)

5.How can it help with other "skull deformities" (kind of like question 4) such as antegonial notches ,receded chins and dorsal humps

6.Can it help with the "forward growth" of the maxilla and angularity of the face? (I know you do not like the term forward growth but I feel like it gets the point across)

7. If it changes the skull (and maxilla) and these changes are noticeable in the eye area (like you showed with yourself) how does it change the cheekbones height and projection

8. Would it be worth getting for myself? (I refused extractions but had braces for 4 months when I was 14 and I am now 15 would it be worth getting for my now asymmetry, tmj, uneven bite, and "melted face")

I am so sorry for all the questions but I think it would be best to learn before I buy it, but if it does help with everything I mentioned and everything you say it can do with our health and aging than this really will change how we view medicine and health in the future.

hi Max,

to answer your questions:

1. If it expands the upper arches do the lower arches in the mandible keep up and the lower jaw itself change?

Yes, everything changes and adjusts in time.

2.Does sleeping posture while wearing the reviv do anything? (Sleeping on back vs sleeping on your stomach)

I dont think it does much. I find that soft tissue of the body stretches most when im curled up in fetal position sleeping on my side.

3.If it does not lengthen the midface does it shorten it? Im aware of when you said it widens it but that also begs the question of wouldn't it mess with the ratios of the face if it only widens without shortening?

The ratios all move to perfection in time. I dont know whether its shortening or just widening etc. Ive never really measured these things

4. How can it help with "melted face" as the mews say or clockwise rotation of the maxilla. (A low facial convexity from the side profile)

I agree with very little about how the Mews interpret how this works. At the end of the day they were still using screw-based expanders like Biobloc till MIke lost his dental license for it. Which tells me they understand a very small fraction of how this works.

In the years ahead Reviv will absolutely destroy those two in terms of consistency of results. And people will laugh at how wrong orthotropics was in terms of understanding the skull and the skeleton.

In general i think the whole skull inflates like a balloon in my experience. And so not just maxilla but all cranial bones move and in a very complex way. Its not as simple as the maxilla rotating.

5.How can it help with other "skull deformities" (kind of like question 4) such as antegonial notches ,receded chins and dorsal humps

In my view it inflates the skull and everything fixes the way inflating a balloon takes out the imperfections in the balloon.

6.Can it help with the "forward growth" of the maxilla and angularity of the face? (I know you do not like the term forward growth but I feel like it gets the point across)

Again, it inflates the skull. Its a complex process and i dont want to give the impression that i understand all the details of how it works.

7. If it changes the skull (and maxilla) and these changes are noticeable in the eye area (like you showed with yourself) how does it change the cheekbones height and projection

Its all the same biomechanical process. To me you cannot focus where u want to correct something in your body at all. It decides what its going to correct and in what order. And to this day i have no way of predicting what will happen tomorrow.

8. Would it be worth getting for myself? (I refused extractions but had braces for 4 months when I was 14 and I am now 15 would it be worth getting for my now asymmetry, tmj, uneven bite, and "melted face")

for sure.. you are a classic Reviv case if you did braces

very helpful i appreciate this message and the time you took to reply, best of luck with reviv

KIDD ICARUS's avatar

So as someone with a root canal and crown placement on one of my molars do I hypothetically need more work done or should I let reviv fix everything? As in should I worry about how my molars contact by doing something additional or just stick with reviv

EGK's avatar

i would first change the structure with a mouthguard like Reviv.

As things will move and you'll see more clearly in time what dental work should be done.

Teeth are like the deck chairs on the Titanic. They are the last thing you need to focus on as the ship is going down.

Focus on the structure of the skull/skeleton by sticking to the 2 principles i laid out:

1- add vertical height

2- unlock the occlusion
