Years ago I had the pleasure of attending one of his presentations. He was the most energetic and charismatic speaker I had ever heard. Sadly, I have to say it did not produce changes in my life or my dental practice, like I had hoped. Of course this was on me, not him. I have been wearing my Reviv for about 4 months. When I forget it at bedtime I can tell a difference. Hoping for the results you talk about. I am 72 and love the reviv appliance

Tony may have great biomechanics, but it is disingenuous not to mention that he has a disease which pumps out excessive amounts of growth hormone compared to most people. That's in his book., and what he attributes his amazing amount of energy to.

id never heard that he had this disease.

But over the years i've heard of so many different names of diseases that doctors come up with that i consider to just be consequences of biomechanics.

They may have diagnosed him with 'acromegaly'.... but his energy is biomechanics in my view.

I work 12-14 hrs a day almost nonstop for a couple years now at age 48.

4 years ago i was lucky if i could put in 3-4 productive hours a day.

And more and more people tell me stories of having more energy then they'd had in a long time.

At some point you just crossover in my view... from the bs that doctors come up with where they have hundreds of names for all these diseases. None of which they can actually solve.

To a simplistic way of looking at the body as being very smart, but collapsing or inflating according to a set of rules. And when you inflate it... everything fixes.

I made that crossover awhile ago.

Yes, that word sounds familiar and I believe is the word he used.

It is my understanding Tony deals with a fair amount of chronic pain (don’t ask where I heard it because I don’t exactly remember) Not sure this makes him a beast…

well he's 65 and as with all humans he's collapsing... so it doesnt surprise me that much.

But still functions very well for his age.

I believe what you say about humans collapsing, let me tell you about something I witnessed first hand. My uncles were all pro wrestlers from the old days. I happened to meet Lou Thesz back in 1996 when Lou was 80 years old. I was amazed at how straight up tall he was for his age and his posture was amazing especially after he took a beating in the wrestling business for 50 or more years. His shoulders were pulled back and he was not hunched over at all. Lou Thesz, Karl Gotch and the amazing Martin Farmer Burns from the early 1900's, all had this posture. What did they do? Wrestling Bridges for neck strength! There are many ways to do the bridges and you can find Farmer Burns Wrestling manuals still to this day. If you want to talk about working the neck and jaw line nothing beats bridges. Farmer Burns used to do a demonstration where he let himself be hung from his neck! nothing ever happened to him!

What women would you say have great biomechanics?

EGK's avatar

Most beautiful women will have great biomechanics... but id also say women that are naturally also both strong and very flexible.

Someone like Simone Biles comes to mind

It's true, his skull is amazing.
