The "sock theory" to how you fix your skeleton
And why this fundamentally changes our understanding of how the human body works
Youtube
You see this sock above?
How would you put it on?
Well you’d have to push your foot through the sock until the toes reached the very end, right?
Well I believe your skeleton works in a very similar way. Meaning that the physics are similar.
Except you can imagine instead of a foot in the picture it is your skeleton and the toes are your head.
You essentially need to push your head through the soft tissue sock until it reaches the very end of it. And if you do that, then i think pretty much everyone will have a perfect skeleton and skull.
Sounds crazy doesn’t it?
Let’s dive in to see how I came to this conclusion.
How am I fixing myself?
I’ve talked about my ‘fast method’ a number of times. And it’s a set of stretches that I lay out in our Skool community so that folks can try to use it themselves.
You repeat a cycle of steps to essentially build pressure in your skull and neck. And when this pressure dissipates you have essentially ‘inflated’ a little bit.
And the skeleton has often adjusted/remodeled a bit.
One thing that I do as I do this is i kind of push on my head from different angles like this woman in the picture above. Sometimes from the front (the forehead), sometimes from the back of my head, and sometimes from the side.
But i can essentially feel from which side i need to push to get the best stretch. Plus where i need to push from is constantly changing.
It’s kind of like you’re pushing your head through the soft tissue sleeve it is in so that the entire cervical spine has the space to correct.
Or to use my “foot in the sock” metaphor… you’re pushing your foot through a very long & tight sock little by little. And you need to know which part of the sock to grab in order to create some slack and push your foot further in.
This is exactly what I had learned to feel very well when I first took this process to the ‘end’ sometime back around 2016.
And it is an important part of why I concluded that this game is all about soft tissue.
How i think the soft tissue works
If you think about what i’m saying… i’m basically saying that the soft tissue is like this big, full body sleeve.
And when you stretch the skeleton out to comprise the entire length of it then everything works optimally. The person will have great strength, flexibility and they will look great because all the bones will be in their anatomically correct position.
However if the skeleton isn’t stretched out along the entire sleeve then everything works a lot worse. You lose flexibility, strength, you look more assymetric, etc.
So the key to the entire puzzle of health for human beings is… “how do you stretch the skeleton out so that it utilizes the entire soft tissue sleeve as it was designed to?”
And that is where biomechanics come in.
The mouthguard and stretches i talk about are that process that is essentially stretching the skeleton out inside that soft tissue sleeve.
Till one day you are done and have stretched it out completely. Which by my definition means you will look and function amazing by default.
Regardless of age, genetics, how often you go to the gym, what diet you eat, etc.
It’s just all about this soft tissue sleeve.
I think this will change humanity massively
If you think about what I am saying I am basically taking many hundreds of years of how we thought about the human body and I am throwing it all down the toilet.
I am saying that many thousands of doctors around the world throughout history are essentially wrong about how the body works…and I, this non-medical professional who cringes at the mere thought of performing a surgery, am right. Hahahaha
I love laughing at that one.
It sounds so arrogant… and yet I know i’m going to end up being mostly right about this.
Why? Because of logic.
I cannot stand the sight of blood…but i’m pretty damn good at this logic thing.
And there are just too many clues about the physics that i’ve seen on my own body that point to it working like this. For example:
I see how the skeleton re-assumes its correct anatomical form over time with this biomechanical process.
And how this leaves lines on the body sometimes… demonstrating how the structure has assumed a new position under the soft tissue sleeve.
I see how the soft tissue on my face and scalp stretch to the point of often breaking and the skin shedding.
I can feel how i need to press on my head from different sides to continue to push it through the sleeve and i’ve seen in the past how this leads to eventually fixing the cervical spine and profile.
These are things that would be impossible in my view… if the physics that i describe above with the soft tissue sleeve were not valid.
Closing thoughts
For hundreds of years doctors have thought you need to open up the human body and perform things like surgeries to fix the structures.
Then this whole pharmaceutical industry explosion happened in the last 100 years or so with the premise that we should put these chemical compounds into our body to make it healthier.
Meanwhile we concluded that exercise and nutrition were foundational to health. Which resulted in gyms being put up everywhere…and the supermarket aisles being jammed pack with stuff that is gluten-free, fat-free, sugar-free, etc.
But where has that gotten us?
To this big f*cking mess where people in America look far worse than they ever have and their health is a reflection of it.
And i’m basically saying… they’re all wrong.
And i’m right.
You can forget all that crap and be the healthiest mofo around by simply understanding this soft tissue sleeve and the biomechanics to leverage it.
I’m proving it on myself. As well as on the many thousands of people that are doing Reviv now and in the future.
We are going to disrupt the living crap out of this space baby!!!!!!!

New fast method lore just dropped 🔥🗣️🗣️🗣️
Bc I have multiple compromising teeth problems, I cant use the reviv 1, which makes me believe I may not be able to use reviv 2. That said, I do thumb pulling....won't take the place of your mouthguard but since im in no rush, as it's been 3 months since finding your site & putting a plan in place for myself & all that said....my skull has been stretching like the sock you describe. The pain & tension started on the rt. occiput & parietal articulation. I finally used an ultrasound machine to soften the nearly atrophied fascia, which worked. The thinning & stretching has now moved more towards the top of my head.....I can not believe the flexibility & strength & stamina i have since starting this protocol you have discovered. Im 74....believe me, there's more but you are 100% correct...biometrics can improve or degrade. Bravo, young man
