So far I've really not read any of the school literature, (I buy books, but never even read a book in my whole) life) I have let chatgpt do the work for me, which i know is unreliable, but I do double check a bit. I have suuuper low self esteem and many times just wants to give up on life. I was also diagnosed with MS 2 years ago. Too scared to start the treatment as I feel uncomfortable with modern medicine. Do you think a reviv mouthguard could help me? Even with MS? Since I've never had braces I'm not sure if that would be the problem..
