but the bigger story is functional.. literally everything has improved massively: energy, immune system, focus, mood, hair got thicker etc etc

But in that case everyone who runs a successful business is a bit selfish because they just don't give their product away for free.
Or perhaps don't give away the know-how on everything they do.
One day... i want to make what im doing widely available. But that day will need to wait for awhile.
People pay for results, not information leading to results.
Provide results/guidelines and the benefactors will take care of you
