Hi EGK, After reading through several of your articles, I’m wondering how it came to be that we are lacking dental height. Did we evolve (or maybe it’s more accurate to say “devolve”) to have shorter back molars?
A mother with perfect body proportions when giving birth tends to have a child that develops much healthier based on my observations for the past ~10 yrs.
nutritional deficiences of modern diet. all the foods have less nutrients today. Check out the work of Weston Price when he studied tribes in early 1900s.
besides humans are naturally designed to have a diet based around raw animal foods.
My experiences, particularly on my own body, since then tell me that you can probably eat whatever you want and if your biomechanics are improving you really don't feel any better.
I've gone for periods where i ate healthy and then unhealthy while using a mouthguard + my fast method stretches... i literally could not find any differences in how i felt, how much energy i had, etc
And im pretty sure many people using reviv will replicate this in the years to come.
yeah. i should have stressed that i meant diet while developing and growing up. after you are adult diet won't change the bone structure, and you might have to try something else.

i think a lot of it comes as a result of compression pre-birth as i talk about here: https://reviv.substack.com/p/biomechanics-and-pregnancy

I'd read Weston Price's book back around 2015 and was a very firm believer back then. I wrote about it here: https://reviv.substack.com/p/weston-price-found-that-the-western

You have a typo in the text, it should say "...but this doesN'T mean that..." 🙂
fixed.. thanks!
So. If i "bite" my back teeth together they lock perfectly but my front teeth do not line up.
Alternatively if I bite my front teeth to line them up then nothing else lines up including my back teeth.
This is a decade and a half after braces + plastic retainers that i lost.
Is this an open bite or misalignment? And is posterior vs front just semantics? (As in, when one set locks the other doesn't but not both)
