for us this daytime appliance for now is the 'polymorph clipons' that we show how to make in skool.
They're very cheap and easy to make and will prob hold to the teeth better than an Oralift.
Idk if anyone has mentioned this yet but Remodel is such a brilliant name for the new mouth guard.

Wearing polymorph has grinded my teeth now I have even more of a forward head posture maybe try something less hard next time
