Very interesting yet unable to sleep upon reading this and read some articles, it hits close to home because I lived in Denmark. I found this on reddit, it’s in danish but I translated it through the app. Tells you more about his teeth condition.
“Went to class with him for a while. Well, a few years ago, but my perception was not a person who was well-groomed, well-dressed, well-spoken or anything like that. Absolutely the opposite.
His dental hygiene was absolutely disastrous and his teeth looked like I don't know what. He also very rarely smiled or spoke for that matter. My perception was of a hugely insecure person who was peripherally part of the conversations we had. Both professional and personal.
The way he is portrayed is not at all the person I went to class with - but I also saw his FB some time after graduation, and there I noticed that he had taken on a more confident facade compared to when we were in class.”

Not going to say sloppy by any means. More anonymous actually. Honestly, no one was off about him as such. He was just very quiet and reserved and I attributed a lot of that to him being insecure about his teeth.
I haven't had many conversations with him over the three years either, but there weren't any red flags at any point from what I remember. Talked football and such with him a bit, but never really got under his skin. It was in 12-15, so just before [his first victim in 2016].”

“He had some kind of disease or condition with his teeth that made them look almost completely rotten.
