Agree 100%. I do Bowspring and have noticed as my physical posture has opened up, so has my mind. I have more capacity to be around different types of people and be exposed to different ideas without being as annoyed. :)
my own sense of self took a really massive leap in the last six months. for sure, I was steadily gaining more clarity and inner peace over the years of spiritual practice/ cultivation but the progress was very gradual, with change only being perceivable on a yearly basis.
its almost disorienting when you experience so much improvement in a short time. like the old you just six months ago seems like an unfamiliar simulacrum you thought was you for so long. you still have its memories and understand why it thought and was how it was, but you're so far from that now that it feels unreal - like a dream-self you left behind when you awoke.
the english translation for a chinese term 看透 is "to see through". the veil, the facade, the veneer of the world; now so transparent, so flimsy, now that there is so much clarity in the mind. the ways of the world, the logic of karma, the flow of life now seems natural, inevitable, metaphysical
what i have seen is when u are collapsing u get more religious. Most religious i ever was in my entire life was in 2014 when the dentist filed my teeth down and i feel apart.
Went to church every sunday for the first time in my life
At the risk of sounding really stupid bc I haven't been around here long, what exactly is having your teeth filed down? If the dentist files your canine uppers a little so they are less pointy is that the same thing? Or under what circumstance are all the teeth filed down. I had braces at age 14 did they file my teeth down then or is that more of an expression? I'm not aware of any collapse in me at that time or going from smarter to less smart.
usually TMJ dentists file down teeth because they have philosophies around how the dental contacts should be. For example there might be heavy contact on certain teeth and so they file them down to be lighter.
And what they actually do is they use a drill and just start taking off enamel.
Filing your canines would be similar most likely except probably they dont take off much vertical height off the tooth.. Just shape it a bit.
Usually they do not file down teeth as part of braces.
Thank you, now I know why I never heard of it. Yeah I believe my canines were just shaped a bit, not much removed. I suppose TMG has become a greater problem these days. I only knew of one person ever who had that and she was being treated for it in her 50s with some sort of mouth guard.

Perhaps your discovery of biomechanics was the result of visiting church once a week.
could be... at the time I found starecta first. But that got me out of some of the worst symptoms

Thanks for filling me in.
