The sentence where you say "opening an open posterior bite"....does the flat mouthguard open the posterior open bite ? I have Reviv 1 child size but their is no contact on the molars...not sure if all the contact should be on the front teeth & none on the molars. Thanx for doing your awesome posts...tmj problems are an undeclared cf. Going from one "professional" to the next...we live in a maze...you better believe it.
hi, a small posterior open bite is often opened as curve of spee improves with this process because teeth don't extrude immediately to close it. But it should close later if you havent ground down your teeth.
The man speaks facts, the body will try to trick you to conserve energy and lull you into a sense of “completion”. Don’t give in just yet.
I know you’ve figured it out and Im following the leader. You!😊

Contact with the mouthguard is usually mostly on the front teeth so that's fine.
Thanks!
