I was going to comment in your earlier post about flexibility but this latest one is on-topic as well. I wore the Shock Doctor upper mouthguard for the first time during my hot yoga class tonight. I can honestly say that my flexibility improved. Not by a huge amount such that I can suddenly do the splits LOL, but maybe by 5% to 10%. Meaning that I could reach just a little further than what I would normally expect, or put another way, there was less effort/pain to hold the same stretch as before.

Lamar Jackson showed off his Diamond overlaid teeth during the NFL playoff game the other day. Will be interesting to see how he holds up over the next few years.

key will be whether its changing occlusion at all.

if you just put something on the outer surface of the teeth but not inbetween teeth it shouldnt have much impact

Interesting. Noticed many Korean and Japanese football (soccer) players also wear mouthguards. And they play at a high level well pass their 30s. Early in his career, Ronaldo wore a mouth guard during his Manchester United and Real Madrid days. Considering Ronaldo is near 40 and he is still playing. Come to think of it, he is hardly injured.

yes he's an interesting case and im considering researching further and writing up a story

Because he did braces earlier on and therefore if he wore nothing he would be breaking my rules. Because he still looks and functions great at 39 yrs old despite braces.

But then when u dig in.. u see that he's wearing performance mouthguards which would have undone the damage by braces and explained why he's aged so well
