I've got a painful tight muscle in my neck/shoulder, but apparently it's due to a B12 deficiency, which is due to genetic chronic pancreatitis. I don't think the Reviv can help me much in this case, but it has made a noticeable difference in my fitness and strength. I believe I would be a lot worse without it.

interesting.. do your teeth still come together in a fixed position? as i often see that when things dont go away like this it's often correlated to the teeth still being in a bit of a 'locked' position as i show here https://share.cleanshot.com/jK3WDVXR

I think the teeth are in a locked position as in your diagram, EGK: when closed I can't move the jaw sideways more than a couple of millimeters, but I can move it forward easily. I wear the Reviv every night, which also prevents sideways movement but allows forward. Food for thought: my neck/shoulder rarely hurts in the morning when I get up, but kicks in an hour or so after that. And it isn't constant; coming and going throughout the day. Pain in the neck and shoulder is an indication of low B12, and the last blood test shows I am very low, despite a keto/paleo diet. Without the right pancreatic enzymes it can't be processed.

i would work very hard on unlocking your bite.

Easiest way is wear an appliance that separates upper and lower teeth pretty much all day long (in addition to wearing mouthguard at night). For exampe plackers https://www.amazon.com/Plackers-Grind-Dental-Night-Grinding/dp/B07PM8FXMX?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1

You never really know if something is a function of your structure or not till u unlock your bite. As that reflects the fact that the jaw and cranial bones have mobility of movement to correct.

Did you talk to your Mom about the memory of walking on your back? If she put a high backed chair on either side of you for balance rails, it could be could for both of you :-)

i didnt talk to her about it. Our relationship is not nearly as close as it was in those years.

She's a hardcore diet & exercise person and never understood my ideas about teeth.

>> haha good idea.. yeah we never did that
