Hey EGK, I’m aiming to align my teeth as quickly as possible. We already know that if you follow the right principles, the results come as a consequence.

But I made a mistake over the past few years by following blind faith, just sticking to the path without looking at variables or tracking results to understand what I was doing right or wrong. I relied on positive thinking, but that’s not a miracle. In other words, after years of mewing and months using Reviv, my teeth haven’t moved even a millimeter.

Now I’m going to analyze everything I’ve done and update my approach using observable science as a tool, actually feeling and tracking my progress instead of just thinking positively.

I’ll organize everything, and when I bring it here, could you analyze it and point out anything that could improve the process?

most likely your primary issue is that you havent unlocked the bite yet. I explain here:

This will be the primary reason why some folks dont get much results with Reviv after months of use.

To unlock the bite... some people need to go very hard on daytime use for some weeks/months. Either with mouthguard or clipons/plackers/RD1

I was thinking about this: for the skull to expand, does it do it on its own after releasing the soft tissue, or is the tongue still what works by pushing it upward?

i consider that the tongue plays a very small role. I havent focused on my tongue in over 5 yrs

Ok, I’ll read about it. I lost a baby canine a few years ago even as an adult, and a permanent one didn’t grow in. Do you think that affects the alignment of my teeth, or does it not interfere?

EGK's avatar

hmm yes it could play a role

Yeah, I understand. I’ll work on that as well. If there’s a canine that happens to be stuck due to lack of space, should I expect it to move back into place? If there isn’t one, would an implant or something like that interfere with the movement?

EGK's avatar

ideally it would move back into space after space is made with this process

an implant wouldnt move whereas the other teeth would. In general id recommend an implant later on after u have done the process for awhile
