I think we were all designed to be perfect
We all have the genetics to be model-level beautiful... if we just fix these biomechanics.

So I wanna start this post by giving credit to my Whatsapp penpal, EGR. Hahaha
He often talks about this in his voicenotes to me and has clearly thought a lot about it.
And when you think about it…. it is as much philosophical as it is physical.
That we were all designed to be perfect.
And what that means.
First, let’s define what we we mean when we say ‘perfect’
By this I mean that our genetic code is such that we were all designed to have perfect bodies and faces.
There are no genes for assymetry.
Or for ugliness. I’ve literally never seen a person that I thought was developed correctly who was not very good looking. And i’ve been paying attention to this stuff for a decade.
Nor for disease. Rather there are gene mutations that can cause diseases, but why did they mutate? (random luck or compensation?)
Rather the blueprint that the architect made for all of us had called for perfection.
So why didn’t that happen?
The only reason we’re not perfect is these biomechanics
You see not all buildings are constructed exactly to their blueprint. And it is through no fault of the architect.
Rather it is the fault of the circumstances that forced the body to compensate. For example:
The mother’s body is twisted… forcing the baby’s body to compensate and twist as a result.
Braces are put on the teeth thereby interrupting the normal biomechanics of the jaw, and forcing the body and skull to compensate as a result.
The teeth are ground down or some are removed thus negatively influencing the biomechanics.
As each of these situations arise… the body reacts by compensating. And it is brilliant at compensating.
These compensations are to keep us alive and functioning as best as it can.
For example.. the palate and skull might compensate to allow you to mouthbreathe because you cannot nosebreathe properly. It wasn’t that your face changed randomly… rather it changed to help you function.
Or why does a muscle go into spasm? It is going to be to keep you moving and functioning as close to normal as possible.
If you botox that muscle… most likely you are going to do worse damage because you’re basically reversing the body’s compensatory mechanism.
And this is exactly what many TMJ folks find when they use Botox. They might have released that specific muscle, but as a result they sank into an even deeper compensatory pattern.
We revert to perfection through these biomechanics
So if we were designed to perfect but the only reason that that didn’t happen was the body’s need to compensate, than it is logical that you can revert to perfection by removing the reasons why the body compensated.
And you do that by utilizing these biomechanics.
Which in its simplest form is just using a mouthguard (like a Reviv) because it stretches the soft tissue, which allows the body to unwind.
And as you do this process my experience is that you do not need any specific nutrition or exercise.
You can literally sit on your ass each day and pig out on the worst junk food all day long… and so far my experience is that you will still get better by the day.
Think about it… did our ancestors have access to the healthy foods that we have today?
No. They ate whatever they could to survive.
And i’m sure sometimes the hunting was slow and they had to make do with whatever was available. Just like when you see stray dogs rummaging through the dumpster.
We like to think… “Oh but dogs have stomachs that were designed for that.”
But i have news for you… we do too!
Because we evolved from ancestors that thousands of years ago probably had to do something similar at times. And there would be no evolutionary reason why we would lose that ability. Because it is not harmful to us.
The body is meant to heal on its own
Another thing that my penpal, EGR, likes to talk about is the body’s ability to heal itself.
He is a doctor and so is taught the exact opposite. He is taught that man has to constantly intervene in the healing process.
But let’s stop and think about it for a second…. do we really?
If a person injures themselves they will probably recover on their own just fine. Particularly if that person has good biomechanics (ie. they have good structure, etc.)
I am a good example of this.
I do absolutely zero to try to prevent myself from getting sick these past four years. And a few times it felt early on like perhaps I was going to come down with something.
But it never developed into anything. My body simply did it’s job.
And the immune system was probably being facilitated by the fact that my biomechanics were constantly improving. It didn’t need to fight structural collapse.. and thus it was free to focus on the bacteria or virus at hand.
Nearly five years of not getting sick. While eating crap and doing no exercise at age 47.
While watching all my healthy eating, gym-going friends that are a decade younger than me get sick a few times a year like clockwork.
Closing thoughts
In this article I am trying to open you up to an idea I have been confident in for years already… the idea that each and every one of us was designed to be perfect.
And the only reason we are not currently all model-level beautiful with a perfect body is the fact that the body needed to compensate for various things in order to keep us functioning as best it could.
But by using these simple biomechanics you can unwind these compensations at their root cause.
And we can all revert back to being perfect!
Not just physically but also functionally (cognitive function, neurology, etc.)
Life was meant to be easy and simple. We weren’t meant to have to put a lot of effort into exercising and eating to be perfect.
Just talk to a bunch of naturally beautiful people… and you will see that i’m right. They will generally maintain their looks and feel healthy and happy effortlessly.
Because that is the way it was meant to be.
