I don't think Bryan Johnson is crazy... I just think he's wrong.

I’ve been talking to folks about my learnings for years. And one of the things I like to say is that I am pretty sure that these biomechanics i’ve figured out are at the heart of ‘aging’.

And in fact I’m very confident doing my protocol anti-ages you. Because all of the biological things that are commonly associated to aging go in reverse.

I actually don’t think ‘aging’ really exists. But rather what is called aging is just this biological process that occurs as you grind down your teeth or lose dental height somehow.

But anyway, in the past 1-2 years the name that gets thrown at me most often is ‘Bryan Johnson’.

Everybody loves to talk about his ‘Blueprint’.

My thoughts on Bryan Johnson’s ‘Blueprint’

So i’ll put it plainly… I think his Blueprint is complete garbage. Why?

For a simple reason. I’m pretty sure that the root cause of the issue is a physics problem.

And you “don’t solve a physics problem with chemicals. You solve it with physics”.

I take myself as a perfect example. In the past ~3 years everything is improving…

• My complexion has gotten much better

• A bald spot in my hair disappeared and my hair is as thick as it was in my 20s

• I’m full of energy… I went from getting tired daily at 6pm to being able to work daily till 10 or 11pm without burning out

• I never get sick (it’s been over 4 yrs)

• I’m literally happy pretty much 24-7 effortlessly

And while i dont measure biomarkers as i generally don’t wanna waste my time…

In my view… Functionally blows out all these stupid tests

To all the folks that say… “oh but you gotta measure your biomarkers”… I tell them.. “functionality rules”.

If i’m functioning like i’m 25 everyday, month-after-month, year-after-year, than that to me means a lot more to me than some chemical test that someone devised.

A guy i know likes to say… “Ken… you gotta take a blood test” because he takes blood tests and likes to brag about how good they come out.

And my reaction to him is… “You’re about my age… when do you get tired in the evening and need to stop working?”

Him: “Around 6 or 7pm”

Me: “For me… I start at 8am and feel like a steamroller till 10 or 11pm. For a couple years now. And how many times have you gotten sick in the past few years?”

Him: “Maybe 2-3x”

Me: “Well… i haven’t been sick in over 4 years. So even if for some reason your blood test was better than mine… why should I give a shit?

I am obviously outperforming you consistently on pretty much all functional metrics.

So is it that i’m going to die of some strange disease before you? Because I’ll take that bet anyday… that that ain’t gonna happen.”

But I actually fully agree that Bryan has visibly improved in the last 5-6 years

So when you look at Bryan Johnson in 2018 and compare it to now… he has visibly improved a fair bit.

Some of this will come just by adding muscle and reducing fat through his exercise regimen, etc. But I actually do think he may have made slight changes to his ‘structure’.

And that perplexed me a bit.

Till one day a friend of mine sent me a tweet he’d posted.

The problem is I don’t think it has anything to do with his ‘Blueprint’

And basically in it he shows the ‘bruxism appliance’ that he uses every night. Check around the 5:00 mark.

Then it all came together… this damn appliance is the only reason that Bryan Johnson is getting any results at all with his ‘Blueprint’.

Why? Because wearing this essentially adheres to my principles. He is putting height between his teeth in a way that doesn’t completely lock an occlusion.

So this will be improving his structure. And I’m willing to bet he has a slightly open posterior bite at this point… because that is what wearing an appliance like this (and fixing your structure) does.

If he stops this appliance.. i guarantee you most of his ‘progress’ on his biomarkers goes right down the toilet.
