I can confirm my sleep has changed substantially by doing this process. Sometimes I sleep more, sometimes less.

The biggest thing for me was being able to quit CPAP while still being somewhat functional 😅

While I had disabling fatigue only last year.

Anyway, inspired by this today I had a 2 hours-long nap hahaha

I personally wake up naturally with the sun in the morning, but I normally put on an alarm for napping, around an hour max. Do you find it's best to "control" the amount of time napping? Or do you also let your body do what it needs to do, provided it doesn't interfere with night sleep?

i 'control' my napping a bit so that i dont oversleep and then mess up my sleep cycle

Why the substack name change Ken? 🙂

haha i need to separate this blog into more my 'personal views' rather than our Reviv brand's views. As it allows a lot more flexibility in being able to write about how far i believe this goes.

Seems like we're getting even more unhinged Ken in the near future 🧐

hahaha no... actually i will get more and more conservative in what i write.

businesses that touch on the medical sphere need to get more boring as they scale by nature of the regulation around it :)

I've been wearing my R2 to bed every night for 2 months and the initial pain is gone now finally in the morning whereas before it was a constant.

However now my gums swell a little bit. Any tips on how to combat the swelling and also what to do the next day ?

Is icing it my best bet ?

i would perhaps mix in using something like plackers to let the gums rest for awhile. https://reviv.substack.com/p/please-meet-the-new-r3-mouthguard

Also id consider trying R3 as it should be easier on the gums https://reviv.substack.com/p/please-meet-the-new-r3-mouthguard

Has the quality of your dreams improved with biomechanics? Like, do you experience more lucid or vivid dreams, or hasn’t it changed much?

yes many people have mentioned this.. i didnt dream at all when i was collapsed and now i dream a fair bit

are you sure these lines are not caused by your pillow when your skin presses against it or the sheets wrinkles, cuz it happens to me sometimes and I didn't start with reviv yet, I ordered it a few days ago

yes the example i put is perhaps not the best one.. but the lines that are from structure will follow into areas that would be impossible by sleeping on your face. For example i will get lines that go all the way up to the eye, down the underside of my jaw, etc.

a pillow will never put a line right up to your eye or on the underside of your jaw
