I think the rubber guard you are using can not cure all symptoms.. As you said, they plateau. There is a posterior vertical dimension you need to overcome. Just like there is a 3 mm space between the condyle and back of the cranium. There is a millimeter of space between the condyle and the top of the cranium. For some it is 3mm. For some it is 5 or 6 mm. Once you overcome that spacing (posterior vertical dimension), you will feel better. More energy. Better concentration. Better mood. More fire in men. When this posterior vertical dimension is breached, men lose fire. They lose energy. If you understand what tmj is, adding posterior vertical dimension can only help. It can not harm. And i think you are doing a good job Kenny. Welcome back.

Thanks.. I think if you feel better with this extra spacing than it's good to use your own body to make the call.

The thing im quite confident on is how the soft tissue works. As i unravel it a bit each day with my exercises (to the point that skin breaks on scalp and face)

And it is not just about 'vertical'. It is about holding the jaw in the correct position to stretch the soft tissue. And so the position of the jaw needs to change constantly to do that.

Which is part of why i say not to go overboard with the vertical. As that will often limit side to side mobility of the jaw to some extent.

I don't have these issues with skin in face but i think i know what you mean. I have two cousins that look 10 yrs older than their age. Their skin is rough and old looking. That's the best i can describe it. Two things i noticed: 1) They don't have a jaw line. Lower jaw is most likely too far back and up. 2) They snore loudly at night. One twists and turns left right up and down all night. This one probably can never get a good night sleep. The other one grinding his teeth at night loudly. Though he doesn't turn much. These are symptoms of problems with lower jaw being too far back and up. Especially snoring because it restricts airflow. People don't connect skin to jaw issues but they are connect. Mostly like when you use rubber guard, increase vertical and do these exercises, most likely you will break the old skin and look younger. I think that's what you mean by skin breaking because you look much younger.

My problem wasn't that much of a skin issue. It's more of a problem with losing that fire within me. Some men are naturally soft. And then there are some with great fire and energy. When you lose too much vertical, you lose that fire within you. I am guessing this is the same fire that made Michael Jordan and Novak Djok. Imagine Jordan at his prime and a dentist grounded down his back molars? Would there be a GOAT Jordan? The answer is no. This is the fire that drove Jordan to dominate his opponents. Same with Novak. But Novak is now having problems. Look at his left eye.

The dentist in vietnam grounded down your back molars. He pushed you over the edge. He essentially collapsed your bite. That's what he did. And you went into some serious issues. I also agree with your opinion on other health issues relating to this. The lesson here is to be cautious of soft/ deceptive dentists. And that's my opinion.

Nice...

About what i'm doing.. I think you misunderstood a bit.

It's not that i have skin issues. It's that my skull literally expands right thru the skin of the scalp and face everyday because i understand how to do some stretches wtih the jaw that stretch this soft tissue.

The stretches i learned how to do accelerate the process 10-20x

I also wore flat plane splints and rubber guards and other ways of 'adding vertical' but i consider this pretty slow. My wife and son do the same so i see the speed at which they progress and it's like they are on a local train while i'm on a bullet train.

What you are actually doing with 'vertical' is stretching this soft tissue.

And once you know how to do it fast, iim pretty sure everyone (not just me) will rip thru their skin of their face and scalp regularly.

Once u know how to do this im saying u get to 'level 5' which is something i dont think anyone in this game has ever said. And i plan to prove it on myself in some months.

Namely that when you unravel this soft tissue, the skull & body remodel such that you can have a perfect body, symmetric skull and health at any age regardless of genetics.

It is what i call level 5 in this article: https://reviv.substack.com/p/this-is-a-five-level-game

It's best not to do either—eat a good diet and get enough salt to avoid cavities. Dentists are either OCD fuddy duddies or manic psychos. Working on yourself is still crazy, but it'd be hard beating a dentist at crazy.

hahaha

well, have someone drill off the cusps of your molars and flatten your occlusal plane... and then try to maintain your health through good diet and sufficient salt.

My money's down that you become unhealthy real quick. Despite your best efforts.

You dont win fighting against these biomechanics.

It's like saying you are going to hold your arms up forever. Eventually... gravity's gonna win.
