Let’s not forget how many blindly rolled up their arms for the ‘cocktail’.

Hi Ken, you mean improving biomechanics the fast way with your special stretches right? So for people who aren’t improving as fast (and that’s everyone else in the world since we don’t know your stretches), exercise would help. Or do you mean after a certain point with just wearing Reviv, we would also get the same benefit?

EGK's avatar

yes this part is hard for me to gauge tbh

i only ever do things at my pace that includes these stretches. So i have nothing to compare against

And so i assume if someone is wearing Reviv at night and 2-3 hrs during the day then they are improving fast enough to experience what i write about in this article.

But i think that needs to be further validated as folks evolve more with reviv.

It could be that a bit more effort in stretching etc is needed to experience things the way i experience them.

lets see

@EGK

Hi Ken. Just checking in... I'm feeling physically worse than I have in a long time. I'm not blaming Reviv at all. I'm not sure that's influencing how I feel at all. I've had a few nights when I didn't sleep very well -that really wipes me out - and I've recently stopped taking one of my antidepressants and have cut back on another. I'm guessing that's most of it. So I need to rest a lot and recover a bit. I'm still sleeping with the Reviv in but I've missed wearing it the last couple of days. I'll get back to that tomorrow. I think stretching would help me move along but I'm totally not up to it right now. Just hanging in there.

hey.. try not to miss wearing it for a couple of days.

The posterior open bite closes and things reverse pretty fast. Plus u can feel pretty weird when that happens.

Also i think there are a few folks that use the nickname 'Gypsy' on here. Are you also Gyspy in our skool?

If so keep me updated via the diary and skool messages and let me try to help u thru this.

Hi Ken, yes it's Gypsy from the Skool. Gypsy is actually my real, legal name. My memory is so impacted by my illness that I can't remember how to get to the diary or the Skool page so I feel lucky when I find a way to get in touch with you lol. The last two days were the only time I've skipped using the Reviv during the day. I have not skipped any nights. I'll continue to try to stay in touch.

oh gotcha... ok yes feel free to reach out on any channel you prefer. Stay the course!

You often mention that you do the stretches constantly to enhance the effects from Reviv. To me, this is a form of exercise.

I also think if you combined your techniques with more diet and exercise though, you would reach a lot more of that crowd of people interested in aesthetics. But I can tell you don't want those people because this is about health. I respect that. You don't appear "looksmaxxed" at all, but you do look very healthy, especially for your age

so when i do my 'stretches' a lot of it is as simple as leaning forward or leaning back in my chair while stretching the jaw.

If you were to look at me you prob couldnt even tell that im stretching. Which is how im able to do it even when in public areas.

about looking 'looksmaxxed' i need more time. ill get there

There is a reason why your body prefers sugar, carbs and fat together as junk and is not a good one. Plus don't forget that there is no natural food that combines sugar and fat together... Not everything is black and white.

EGK's avatar

Perhaps.

As mentioned i just view things as a science experiment.

I want to see if i can achieve near 'perfection' while completely breaking all of the rules that society currently applies to health.

To me it is about getting to 'the truth'.

Terina's avatar

Now I get it! But be careful, please....

Hi Terina! Amazingly there are quite a lot of natural foods that contain both fat and sugars. Eggs contain glucose (glucose is essential for the creation of life): full-fat milk, yoghurt and soft cheeses contain lactose: most nuts contain sucrose: and peanuts also contain fructose and glucose. The delicious coconut, actually a fruit, contains fructose and sucrose, along with a high amount of fat. Fish contains natural sugars and fats. Beef, lamb or even chicken liver contains a high amount of glucose, which is heartbreaking for me as a diabetic who used to love liver and onion...
