Sometimes, I wonder if you're stretching, but the proof is in the pudding. I awoke from my first night with Reviv, and my sleep app reported that snoring went from >80% of the night to <25%. I feel more rested, clearer, and ready for my day. I look forward to all the other benefits as well.

Thanks for sharing.

As you get closer to the end you start to view the body as simply a tangled knot that you're unwinding.

And as you unwind it more and more you realize how being that tangled must have been the root cause of most shit.

I've been able to drop my CPAP pressure by 25% after a week of use. I don't have any chronic joint pain or anything like that, but I have a twist in my back that ruined my golf game so I can't wait for that to correct and then go on to prove He- Man is a documentary and not a favorite childhood cartoon 🙂

Another great post and I think you are definitely right. The guard starts to shift everything back to where it should be and the pain disappears. Through wearing the guard for just two weeks the pain from my old injury to my cheek and eye has all but gone and the area looks much better too.

I think I have had such quick results because the pain was around my jaw, cheek and eye socket so directly affected by wearing the guard but i am sure that pain elsewhere will improve but just take longer.

yes takes time for the body to unwind.... just be patient.

The good news is that even though it takes time.. things will be improving the whole time.

And so my experience is that its hard to get sick and you just see how everything keeps getting better.

Yes I totally agree 👍

I've been wearing the Shock Doctor mouth guard for 3 weeks now (started on Nov 29). No TMJ pain at all!!! I can do chin tuck exercises without my neck muscles spasming and cramping. I still have very tight scalenes and SCM muscles though (I.e. very stiff turning and leaning my head). I noticed the back of the mouthguard is wearing faster on the right than the left (will comment more about that in your dental extraction article). I'm probably going to order the Reviv to compare how it feels with the Shock Doctor.

awesome! keep up the good work!

I need to visit the community to learn the jaw stretching exercises you’ve alluded to.

But which way to wear Reviv. The inside tab appears on the top here in this photo. But Ive worn it where the inside front tab is inserted in mouth where its on the bottom jaw.

Is there a correct way to wear it? Inside tab would be the top?

EGK's avatar

The 'tongue tab' should face up to the roof of the mouth. See: https://share.cleanshot.com/HS59y8xn

This will put more of a stretch and is the correct way.

But the other way works too.

Thank you! I appreciate the confirmation and image .

Aside from the mouthguard falling out of my mouth a couple times in the past week during sleep (and I’d wake up, realizing I was not wearing it, and would feel around, finding the mouthguard and popping it back in my mouth for the last hour or two of sleep,)😴, I had already reversed it so the tab faces up, sensing it was the correct approach ) and now seems to be getting more comfortable.

Last night the mouthguard never fell out of my mouth, and I slept in longer than usual. So perhaps I’m turning the corner. 🥳

Great! Yes it takes awhile to get used to.

When you want or need a break from it, try the polymorph clipons i talk about in skool. And show how to make there.

Having something for daytime use helps speed things up a fair bit.

Hello

I will answer your direct message later this morning & reiterate the message I sent earlier that seems to be lost. In the meantime I just wanted to comment on pain & if Reviv will help. I have suffered from sciatica for over 10 years now, have had 2 back operations, many pain meds, & even tried stem cell injection. I also have osteoporosis for which I refuse to take the standard medication. I don’t have any other physical issues except a broken collar bone & rotator cuff tear from a fall 3 years ago & the dental issues I’ll discuss in my other email to come. I had stem cell injection in shoulder also which has helped somewhat. Will this mouth guard help with sciatica?

EGK's avatar

Yes, sciatica is for me a classic one that this should help.

Sciatica will probably always be mirrored with dental issues.

Can you share a link to buy the Reviv?

Hi, how do I send a picture of my "out of place tooth" to see if this is what I need to be doing?

yes... it is even more important to use it.

Because if you're missing teeth the rest of the teeth start moving since there are spaces. And this will typically flatten the curve of spee faster over time.

But the Reviv prevents that from happening and even starts to reverse it
